Payment obligations and terms:

Rent € 2000 per month, excluding costs for gas, water and electricity.

The rent includes a broadband internet connection.

The apartment is rented directly by the owner. It is also possible to rent the apartment through a rental agency.

Security Deposit:

Tenant is obligated to pay a security deposit equal to two months rent. Security deposit is not to be used as advanced rent, but rather a guarantee of the lease obligations. Security deposit will be returned at the successful conclusion of the rental period.
