A sunny apartment consisting of three rooms on the corner of the majestic Apollolaan and the Olympiaplein with a free view to both sides, around 1290 square feet. The building, in which this apartment is situated, has the distinguished style of "Amsterdamse school", it's year of construction lies around 1930. The large hall and the entrance still show the chic elegance from those times and so does the stylish staircase.

Located on premises in the building is the apartment of the caretaker. He handles the daily affairs, such as mail delivery, building maintenance and trash removal. He is available (for an additional fee) to do minor repairs and miscellaneous jobs, such as feeding your pets or plant watering.

This apartment has a beautiful classic parquet floor in all rooms. With classic color combinations of blues and whites, the apartment has a very relaxed and peaceful atmosphere.
In principle the apartment is fully furnished, provided with all those matters which one needs and likes in a household. Under these circumstances the only thing that you have to bring is your suitcase with personal belongings.

If, however, you intend to stay for a longer period and you wish to surround yourself by your own belongings and furniture, this is not a problem. Everything can be stored, with the exception of the built in mirrored wardrobe in the bedroom and the white wall unit and bar in the living room.
A large storage facility is available in addition to bike storage for two bikes in the in-building cycle storage.
